2. Data we process
When contacting us, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, town or service address, enquiry details and photos you choose to send by WhatsApp or email. Only provide information needed to assess your request. This website has no data collection forms or file-upload tools.
The hosting provider receives technical request data, such as IP address, date and time, requested URL and browser information, needed to deliver and protect the website.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Handling service enquiries or quote requests and preparing or providing the requested service: steps taken at your request before entering a contract or performance of a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- Answering other enquiries about our activities: our legitimate interest in responding to incoming communications (Article 6(1)(f)), balanced against your rights and expectations.
- Meeting tax, accounting or other applicable duties when a service is booked: compliance with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).
- Delivering and protecting the website against faults and misuse: our legitimate interest in providing a secure service (Article 6(1)(f)).
Requesting a quote does not add you to an advertising list. This website does not use data for newsletters, advertising profiles or automated decisions with legal effects. If a different activity requires consent, we will request it specifically before that activity begins.
4. Recipients and external services
The official website is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare Pages. IONOS provides email services and remains the domain registrar. Each provider may process the data needed to deliver its service, according to its role. Data may also be disclosed to authorities when legally required. We do not sell enquiry data.
If you choose WhatsApp, communication takes place through that external service, which processes data under its own policy and configuration. Clean Eco Glass handles the messages it receives but does not control all WhatsApp processing. Links to Instagram also lead to an external service; we do not load their widgets before you interact.
5. International transfers
Using Cloudflare and external communication services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. The Cloudflare Privacy Policy explains Cloudflare’s processing of personal data. Its Cloudflare Customer DPA sets out terms for processing on behalf of its customers and provides for standard contractual clauses for transfers to which they apply. WhatsApp and Instagram explain their transfers in the policies linked above. You can ask the controller about the providers used for your communication and applicable safeguards; we do not assume all data remains in Spain.
6. Retention
Enquiries and quotes are kept for as long as needed to handle and follow up your request. If you book a service, necessary data is retained throughout the relationship and for applicable periods relating to legal duties or potential liabilities. It is then deleted or restricted where legally required. Hosting data is subject to the provider’s applicable security and retention criteria. You may ask about the specific criterion applicable to your data.
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability where applicable. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
To exercise your rights, write to [email protected] or the controller’s postal address with your request and a way to reply. Further identity information will only be requested where necessary; do not send a copy of your identity document by default. You may also complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), particularly if you consider that your request has not been handled appropriately.
8. Required information and updates
Contact and job details are needed to respond and prepare a specific quote. Without them, we may be unable to handle your request; browsing does not require identification. This policy will be updated when services or data processing change.
